HOW MANY GUESTS CAN GREENGALE FARMS ACCOMMODATE?

A range of 30 – 500 is a general rule, we have various locations on the property allowing for varying sized groups. A large tent is available (rental costs apply) for a covered or indoor area.

WHEN CAN I VISIT THE PROPERTY?

GreenGale Farms is a working farm, animal rescue, and active events venue. Because of the nature of our business, all visits to the property are to be arranged by appointment. We also want to make sure that when you visit, a member of our event team is available to show our spaces on the farm, provide accurate information, and assist with guiding you to the many areas on the property.

WHAT EVENT EQUIPMENT DO YOU PROVIDE?

GreenGale Farms allows you the flexibility to design a customized experience for yourself and your guests. We do not include rentals in our venue fee.

We are happy to provide resources and logistical support to you as you plan your event here at GreenGale Farms. Our onsite Events Manager will provide a Preferred Vendor List to you and help you bring together all of the elements and vendors that you need to pull off a wonderful event here.

ARE THERE ANY VENDOR RESTRICTIONS?

We have several vendor requirements for your wedding or private event at GreenGale Farms.

  1. We require a full-service event planners for all events at GreenGale Farms. If you are not hiring a professional event planner, we can arrange a planner for you for a fee. This is to ensure that event is executed to your specifications and that you and your family members get to enjoy it, rather than worrying about set-up, deliveries, etc. If you need help finding a planner, please view our preferred vendor list for a list of planners.
  2. Our catering and liquor vendors are required. We have selected several partners that meet our sustainability goals and provide superb food and service in our unique outdoor environment. If, for any reason, you have a special catering request, please inquire with our event team. Our team will assist you in finding the best options for your event. 
  3. Our production vendor Tag Team Productions is required for all audio, lighting, and production needs. This ensures you have the best service and that our neighbors are minimally disrupted.
  4. We strongly encourage you to utilize our other preferred vendors. All our preferred vendors are highly respected in their industries, amazing at executing events, and are familiar with the unique nature of our property. However, if you would like to use a vendor not featured on our list, we must approve them and ensure that they are licensed and insured before they will be allowed on the property.

Please check with our Events Manager before signing contracts with vendors, as we do reserve the right to not work with vendors that do not meet our standards.

DOES GREENGALE STAFF SET UP + BREAK DOWN OUR EVENT?

GreenGale Farms does not set up or break down for your wedding. Set up and break down of any of our GreenGale items is the responsibility of your coordinator and/or your caterer. The storage of these items is outlined in our required vendor agreements with both your coordinator and caterer.

HOW LONG OF AN EVENT DOES THE VENUE RENTAL INCLUDE?

GreenGale Farms venue fee allows for a 5-hour event block. Additional time can be purchased at an additional fee.

DO YOU HAVE NOISE RESTRICTIONS?

We require the amplification of music to end at 10:00pm. This pertains to any and all live music, bands, DJs, and personal playlists on professional audio equipment. It is our guest’s responsibility to inform their hired musicians of this policy. Failure to comply can result in additional charges to apply.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

We do not allow beverages or liquors to be brought onto property. We require that all alcohol served in the event areas be by our licensed bartender and/or caterering partners. We ask that last call occur at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event for safety and liability purposes.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

GreenGale Farms is an animal rescue with a variety of four legged friends. Due to this and liability, we do not allow outside pets. We ask all guests to please refrain from petting, feeding, or playing with our onsite animals for your safety. Our animals enjoy their freedom to roam the property, we do not guarantee our animals for events or photos.

DO YOU OFFER GUEST PARKING?

GreenGale Farms offers complimentary parking for up to 200 vehicles onsite. Events over that capacity will need to provide shuttle service in/out of event.
Vehicles parked on the street outside GreenGale farms will be towed.

WHERE SHOULD OUR ADDITIONAL OUT OF TOWN GUESTS STAY?

Our nearby suggestions are Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, Aliante Casino & Hotel and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

WHAT IS NEARBY?

One of the really beautiful things about GreenGale Farms is that it is located approximately 20mins from the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and Mt. Charleston.

CAN I LEAVE DECOR, RENTALS, OR PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE EVENT SPACE AFTER MY EVENT?

No, all items are to be removed from the property, as well as all areas by 12:00pm on the night of the event. Exceptions to this include when there are rentals being picked up on a different date than the event date. In this case, items can be stored in an area designated by our Events Manager for rental pick-up. Failure to remove decor, equipment or supplies from the event area could result in additional charges. This includes chairs, tables, arches, trailers, and any other equipment or decor. If you or your planner have any questions regarding event area access or equipment storage, please contact our Events team.

SPARKLERS, LIVE FLAMES AND SMOKING

Sparklers, live flame candles, and confetti are strictly prohibited on property, we do allow battery operated candles. Any labor or cost associated with cleanup of decorations or accessories not authorized and approved by GreenGale Farms management will be passed on to the named party on the agreement. This is a no smoking property. There is absolutely no smoking in any area on property. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this policy.

GREENGALE FARMS IS AN OUTDOOR VENUE

GreenGale Farms will make every effort to ensure client ceremonies are as intimate and memorable as possible. Due to the open nature of the ceremony areas, GreenGale cannot assume responsibility for environmental disturbances such as noise, music, other events scheduled, onlookers, animals/pests/dirt, etc.

GreenGale Farms will make every effort to have your event, rain or shine. If inclement weather or adverse conditions force the cancellation of services, client has 90 days to reschedule.

WHEN CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO MY EVENT SPACE?

For weddings and events, we allow your rental companies to deliver your event rentals the day of. You will have access to the event space the morning of and have the ability to set up any decor at that time. If you wish to arrange delivery and setup the day prior, an additional venue fee would be applied.

Your vendors will have access to the property from 8:00am – 12:00am the day of your event, unless otherwise arranged with our Events Manager. There is no access to the Farm after 12:00am the night of your event. The property can be accessed for additional post-event tear-down the day after an event from 8:00am – 11:00am. Any additional time on property will result in additional fees. 

Please reference your event contract, there is an abundance of important information in your contract and your access to the event spaces is outlined on the first page. If you need to arrange for early access please ask our Events Manager and we will schedule access, based on availability.

CAN WE HOST OTHER EVENTS ON THE PROPERTY DURING OUR WEDDING WEEKEND?

We would love for you to hold other events onsite. Welcome meet-n-greet, rehearsal dinner, or send-off brunch can be held at any of the area on property.  Please inform us of your full weekend itinerary prior to your stay, so we can plan accordingly to accommodate you in the best way possible. GreenGale does require this to be coordinated by your event planner. All matters of rentals, vendor logistics, and parking/transportation must be arranged and facilitated by your planner.

Please note, there may be other events in other areas on property going on the same date as your event. Please inquire with Events Manager as to exclusive property buyouts.

IS SECURITY REQUIRED FOR MY EVENT?

Due to the nature of the private ranch venue, we request any event with a guest count exceeding 100 people must provide adequate security for guest safety purposes and to aid in crowd management. This will be at the guest’s expense and applied to your final bill. We will schedule security services with our preferred security company.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES OR EXPENSES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

GreenGale venue costs are subject to a 5% administration fee. Catering and vendors are direct bills and have their own policies.

Weekend liability insurance is required, naming GreenGale Farms as additionally insured. Policies can be easily purchased through Cover My Events or Wed Safe. Generally, this cost is between $75 to $300 for the weekend, depending on the size of your event. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Events over 100 guests require security to ensure your guests have a safe event on our unique property. We recommend one guard per 100 people and one at the entrance. Our preferred vendor security guard starts at $30/hr. The client will be billed directly by GreenGale Farms.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING PACKAGES?

GreenGale Farms does not have wedding packages. We have general venue fees based on our locations at the farm.

We allow you the flexibility to build your own event. We hope to have decor inventory in the future.

DOES GREENGALE FARMS PROVIDE BRIDAL SUITES?

GreenGale Farms will have limited space for bridal parties and suggest arriving ready. There is a large bridal yurt available for rent and setup.
