GreenGale Farms is a working farm, animal rescue, and active events venue. Because of the nature of our business, all visits to the property are to be arranged by appointment. We also want to make sure that when you visit, a member of our event team is available to show our spaces on the farm, provide accurate information, and assist with guiding you to the many areas on the property.

We have several vendor requirements for your wedding or private event at GreenGale Farms.
Please check with our Events Manager before signing contracts with vendors, as we do reserve the right to not work with vendors that do not meet our standards.
For elopements and micro weddings, food trucks are allowed from our preferred list, offering a wide range of cuisines.
For full-service weddings and larger events, food trucks are not permitted; instead, we work exclusively with our trusted catering and bar partners. Our teams also provide elevated extras—such as s’mores bars, pretzel stations, and dessert carts—that bring the fun of food trucks in a refined way.
GreenGale Farms does not set up or break down for your wedding. Set up and break down of any of our GreenGale items is the responsibility of your coordinator and/or your caterer. The storage of these items is outlined in our required vendor agreements with both your coordinator and caterer.
We require the amplification of music to end at 10:00pm. This pertains to any and all live music, bands, DJs, and personal playlists on professional audio equipment. It is our guest’s responsibility to inform their hired musicians of this policy. Failure to comply can result in additional charges to apply.
We do not allow beverages or liquors to be brought onto property. We require that all alcohol served in the event areas be by our licensed bartender and/or caterering partners. We ask that last call occur at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event for safety and liability purposes.
Yes, absolutely! We love your furbabies as if they are our own! They must be on leash the entire Ceremony and with a designated handler. Dogs are not allowed near the Reception area where food is present. Please inquire about professional dog handler services. Â
We’ve got you covered—with 500+ spaces and easy access for shuttles, buses, or ride shares. Valet can also be arranged through the venue

One of the really beautiful things about GreenGale Farms is that it is located approximately 20mins from the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and Mt. Charleston.
No, all items are to be removed from the property, as well as all areas by 12:00pm on the night of the event. Exceptions to this include when there are rentals being picked up on a different date than the event date. In this case, items can be stored in an area designated by our Events Manager for rental pick-up. Failure to remove decor, equipment or supplies from the event area could result in additional charges. This includes chairs, tables, arches, trailers, and any other equipment or decor. If you or your planner have any questions regarding event area access or equipment storage, please contact our Events team.
Sparklers, live flame candles, and confetti are strictly prohibited on property, we do allow battery operated candles. Any labor or cost associated with cleanup of decorations or accessories not authorized and approved by GreenGale Farms management will be passed on to the named party on the agreement. This is a no smoking property. There is absolutely no smoking in any area on property. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this policy.
We would love for you to hold other events onsite. Welcome meet-n-greet, rehearsal dinner, or send-off brunch can be held at any of the area on property. Please inform us of your full weekend itinerary prior to your stay, so we can plan accordingly to accommodate you in the best way possible. GreenGale does require this to be coordinated by your event planner. All matters of rentals, vendor logistics, and parking/transportation must be arranged and facilitated by your planner.
Please note, there may be other events in other areas on property going on the same date as your event. Please inquire with Events Manager as to exclusive property buyouts.
Due to the nature of the private ranch venue, we request any event with a guest count exceeding 100 people must provide adequate security for guest safety purposes and to aid in crowd management. This will be at the guest’s expense and applied to your final bill. We will schedule security services with our preferred security company.
GreenGale Farms does not have all-inclusive wedding packages. We allow the flexibility to design your own event.

We recommend you arrive ready and use our facilities for staging before Ceremony, changing outfits and storing items. Our Bridal Yurt and Tiny House are available to rent for $500 each (includes cleaning pre and post your event).Â
Las Vegas is known for its sunshine and minimal rainfall, but for added peace of mind, we can add on a tent as a weather contingency. Our tent vendors offer elegant, secure options that provide protection from wind, heat, and unexpected weather. Your planner can walk you through pricing and availability.Â
Full buyouts offer the most flexibility, privacy, guest flow and the use of all our distinct event environments.
